1. How clean the city is...
2. How wide the sidewalks were (perfect for strolling a side-by-side stroller!)
3. Great Pizza
4. Great Muesems...we went to a muesem almost everyday and we (Evan, Audrey, and I loved it!)
5. Boat Taxi's!
6. Great Architechture
7. Great Downtown (it was so easy to navigate and so full of life!)
8. The Magnificent Mile! (really this is more like #1...I just love shopping!)
9. Navy Pier!
10. Amazing sculptures throughout the city!
Although we missed hanging out with Doug...Evan, Audrey, and I enjoyed charging the city.
We also were able to stay with Brent and Melissa (Doug's cousin and his wife)They were so fun and great hosts! I loved having someone to do things with and Doug loved hanging out with Brent.
Here we are looking into the big bean at Millenium Park...there was a fashion show going on that day...I loved it...can't say the same for the kids....
The boat tour was so fun! Especially since Doug ditched his meetings to come with us! Thanks sweetie! (both kids fell asleep within 15 minutes...)
Here we are just about to go into the Aquarium...isn't this a beautiful skyline...
Evan LOVED the train ride to Brent and Melissa's...he thought it was so cool!
Picture of the pictures we took in the photo booth at the Navy Pier kids muesem...we had so much fun here...we seriously could've stayed all day...it is a darling muesem...
One highlight of the trip was the bulls game...we were able to go on the court...sit right infront watching Noah practice before the game...we also got to see the office and then walk the same way the players walk onto the court....what a dream come true for Doug!
In the conference room..their table is a basketball court...so cool!
Doug, Mark, and Brent with all the kids (they were all roomates at BYU...Mark and his family drove from Wisconsin to hang out with us on Sunday...that was so nice of them!)
After all this traveling we were exhausted....(Audrey fell asleep on the floor)
