Today while we were driving around after going to the doctors for the 10th time in 2 weeks...seriously we can't stay away....Evan says "Mommy, I'm mad at Santa"...Why would you be mad at Santa...he brought you so many fun toys...Evan says: "because Santa got me the wrong computer for Christmas"...
Apparently, he has been upset about this for about 4 months...what a silly goose...Santa got him a computer that hooks up to the T.V. because all weeks leading up to Christmas that is what he told Santa...all of a sudden 2 days before Christmas he saw his cousin (Jackson in Las Vegas) have a Nintendo DS and he changed his mind...and never told Santa (he does not know what a Nintendo DS is...he just wants it because his favorite T.V. show is Super Why on PBS and he has a mini computer that resembles the DS)...if only Santa was more on top of things...good thing there is always next year....Lesson learned...even if it is the night of christmas eve...make a Target run...

AAArrrhhg, what a bummer...like you said though, luckily Christmas comes every year, but I do hope that you aren't there on Christmas eve...that would so stink!! How funny thought that Evan brings it up now...it's amazing to me how long kids can hold on to things...not me, I complain right away, which usually gets me in trouble. I'm sure if I were to sit on it for a few months I could really decide if I was unhappy or not...I should take notes from these kids and learn from it!!
Sooo funny--that happened to me too--when Santa so kindly brought Avery her "girl band" equipment-"kittar" and keyboard, she wanted a Barbie jeep (ya know the kind you RIDE on).
