Wow! It has been a whirlwind around here....here's part of my recap....Doug graduated from his Residency! CONGRATULATIONS handsome! His graduation was at Il Fornaio...it was a great lunch and program...
Another acomplishment is that Audrey has started using utensils! she is still getting the hang of it...but, she actually does a really great job...she's a doll!
We had an amazing going away party...thanks to the hostess heather and my mom....the food was amazing, the bounce house was fun, and the movie outside was so cute....
Here the kids are all lined up waiting for the movie...before he movie began my sister had made a CD of all the songs that had Chicago in it....it was really fun...I felt so loved with all my friends and family there...thanks everyone for coming! You guys are the best and I REALLY miss you!
Here we are on our last night in our house....that was really fun...we all slept on the ground....Actually Audrey only lasted a few minutes on the ground....then we had to buckle her into her stroller so that she would sleep and let us sleep!

I am sure you are going to miss all your friends and family, but we are glad to have you in the Midwest. We need to get together sometime.

I am sooo bummed I missed your going away party. We didn't end up getting home from Utah that day until after 7pm and we were all exhuasted. I'm so sorry I wasn't able to give you a proper goodbye...but if we ever end up in Chicago, you'll be the first person I call! :-)
So sorry we didn't get to say a real goodbye, Heather! I'm excited to hear the rest of your moving story and see pictures and all that. Miss you!!

It's too bad you guys ended up moving right when we came back to Cali. We just moved to Irvine until our condo sells in Utah. Hope you enjoy Chicago! Congratulations on all the accomplishments.
Congrats to your husband and the family! What an exciting time, and Chicago is such a fun city...I'm glad you have the blog to keep us Cali people up-to-date!

We miss you guys! It's not the same making cookies w/o taking them to you. I have even thought of sending them to you...but unless they were overnight they wouldn't be very good. : ) I'll get some Oprah tickets for us and come visit!! Once Trey gets a little older. : )
