recent happenings...

Eating hot dogs, french fries, and Milk shakes (they were delicious) at Hot Diggity Dogs.... Dancing to Scribble Monster Band at the Target Center at Millennium Park...this band is awesome! We love the Target Center...there are so many fun things to do here...

This is Evan's view from his bedroom...we all love it...this is one of Evan's favorite things to do...sit and look out the window...this day we had found a ladybug in our apartment...so, for a few short hours...Evan kept the ladybug in this cup and showed him everything...it was so cute... This was an exciting day...the window washers were washing our windows....it did captivate Evan and scared Audrey...It looked really cool...
Audrey loves to wear my apron...I just love how it looks on her...she'll walk around for hours with this on. Audrey loves to help in the kitchen...and I don't mind the company...she sits there and jabbers the whole time...it's so fun!

We went to Venetian Nights here in Chicago...it was amazing...the boats were decorated with lights...and then there was the best fireworks show I had ever seen...the kids loved it...

We had a tornado warning...and although this picture shows a beautiful day it was not....so, we jammed out with this homemade guitar...Evan LOVED it...

We also took a trip to the Museum of Science and Industry...here we are in a HUGE tractor...it was so fun...and any little boys dream!

We went to the Lincoln Park Zoo...I loved it. We took a ride on the paddle boats....the kids loved it...although, this picture doesn't seem to capture that....

Evan is standing next to a lion! it was sleeping right next to the viewing window...it really was amazing....
