Olivia

I just wanted to thank everyone for any prayer or thought that has come my way these last few days....Baby Olivia was born on January 28,2010 at 9:49 a.m....they label it a stillborn, but, I do not like the way that sounds...there was a knot in her umbilical chord....it was so sudden and I just long to hold this sweet little girl...I am so grateful for the belief I have that I will see her again...

it has been a very sad few days...but, I really have felt so lifted by so many prayers...there is power and strength that comes to you when people are praying for you...

This picture is seriously gorgeous. What a tender display of the love shared between the 2 of you. I too am very grateful for the knowledge we have. Families are truly forever. I do wish you and your family comfort at this time. A close friend of mine lost her baby at 3 days old due to a serious genetic disorder. As hard as it was to say good bye to her sweet Angel baby Bailey, she found a lot of light and happiness in everything and everyone she came in contact with. Sweet Olivia will always be with you sending you sweet kisses when you need them

Heather and Doug,
I am so incredibly sorry for you both. The exact same thing JUST happened to my dearest and closest cousin. She was 8 months pregnant. This trial must be so difficult. I am sure she would be happy to talk if you needed someone. You are both in our prayers and please know of our love for you. This is the dearest picture and I am sure Olivia will be so happy to be reunited with her wonderful parents one day.

Heather, you don't know me and I don't know you personally. I'm one of Debbie's good friend and the other day she was telling me about you guys, and my heart just aches to hear that, and I just wanted to let you know that you and Dough and your family are in our prayers. I pray that the Comfort of our Heavenly Father will continually be felt in your heart. Thank you for this post and for reminding us of the Plan. How awesome it is that we have that promise. You had the opportunity to nurture a strong sweet little spirit, and I can only imagine the type of spriritual giant you must be for Heavenly Father to know you can handle this type of heartahe. Bless you and your loved ones and know that you're in a strangers (sort of) Prayers!

Oh Heather...I'm doing the ugly cry...have been constantly thinking of you and sweet Baby Olivia since I talked to Roselyn last week...I love her name...she is beautiful and perfect. So glad you don't have to go through this without the knowledge that she will be yours forever, and you will get to raise her...Every time I look into my own baby's face, my heart truly hurts for you and Doug...you are an amazing mother Heather, and your children are so blessed to have you. I pray that you find peace in knowing that little Olivia is surely one our Heavenly Father's special spirits with a special work to do.
