Wednesday, July 25th is the Cowabunga Kids Day Children get a special treat. The first 2,007 children under age 12 through the gates will receive a free OC Fair Cowabunga hat. Gates open at noon on Wednesdays. At 1:30 p.m., those donning their Cowabunga hats will be invited to join the Cowabunga Kids Parade down Livestock Lane.
