According to German superstition, if a hibernating animal casts a shadow on Feb. 2 — the Christian holiday of Candlemas — winter will last another six weeks. If no shadow was seen, legend said spring would come early.....Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow today....I guess 6 more weeks of winter....more time to go sledding with the kids!

Oh BUMMER! At least you have a good attitude, even though I think you were probably hoping for an early spring! Hang in there!
I just cannot accept 6 more weeks. I just can't. :)
